We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our in-person sales and customer service team at our Toy Factory. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms to support efficient office operations. Duties
- Enter and update data into company databases using specialized manufacturing software we will teach you how to use.
- Verify the accuracy of information by proofreading and cross-referencing documents before entry.
- Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of records.
- Support office management tasks including appointment scheduling and front desk responsibilities.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette while providing customer support and support for internal teams.
- Provide clerical support including photocopying, scanning, organizing documents, and working with our shared drive.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy.
- Experience with data entry tasks is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous, especially if it involved customer service duties.
