What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BHTs in accordance with IBHS standards
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Deliver services across home, school, center, and community settings
- Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in IBHS-required meetings and care coordination
Required
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Pennsylvania
- Meets IBHS Behavior Specialist requirements
- Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with functional analysis, PFA/SBT, or skills-based treatment
- Background in trauma-informed or assent-based care
- Experience in home, school, and/or clinic settings
