Channel ABA is a clinician-led, values-driven ABA organization committed to providing compassionate, assent-based, and evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, and their families across Central Pennsylvania. Our services are rooted in best practices, including Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), strong caregiver collaboration, and high clinical integrity.

We are expanding our IBHS ABA program and are seeking a BCBA / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our leadership-minded clinical team.

Position Overview

The BCBA / LBS serves as a Behavior Consultant–ABA (BC-ABA) within Pennsylvania’s IBHS framework. This role is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary partners. The position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and a clinical culture that prioritizes quality over volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments to guide treatment planning.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) in accordance with IBHS regulations.
  • Provide clinical supervision and direction to Behavior Technicians / RBTs, including required face-to-face supervision and direct observation.
  • Monitor data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-based clinical decisions.
  • Deliver caregiver training and family guidance consistent with IBHS and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with schools, counties, and other providers to support continuity of care.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and within timelines (authorizations, treatment plans, progress updates).
  • Maintain compliance with IBHS, OMHSAS, and payer standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.


Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania in good standing with the State Board of Medicine.
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a closely related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and related diagnoses.
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania IBHS regulations (55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240) preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.


Required Clearances (Pennsylvania Law)

All candidates must obtain and maintain:

  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check
  • FBI Fingerprinting
  • Mandated Reporter Training
  • CPR Training before working with clients
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes to provide client services.


Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available
  • Competitive salary $ 80,000 to $105,000 based on experience
