This role is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, clinical supervision, and collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary partners. The position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and a clinical culture that prioritizes quality over volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments to guide treatment planning.
- Develop, implement, and oversee Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) in accordance with IBHS regulations.
- Provide clinical supervision and direction to Behavior Technicians / RBTs, including required face-to-face supervision and direct observation.
- Monitor data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-based clinical decisions.
- Deliver caregiver training and family guidance consistent with IBHS and payer requirements.
- Collaborate with schools, counties, and other providers to support continuity of care.
- Complete required documentation accurately and within timelines (authorizations, treatment plans, progress updates).
- Maintain compliance with IBHS, OMHSAS, and payer standards.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania in good standing with the State Board of Medicine.
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a closely related field.
- Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and related diagnoses.
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania IBHS regulations (55 Pa. Code Chapter 5240) preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism.

- FBI Fingerprinting
- Mandated Reporter Training
- CPR Training before working with clients
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes to provide client services.
