Position Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)
Location: Rockledge, Florida

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a provider who is experienced or highly interested in integrative/functional medicine and is comfortable managing a pediatric patient panel independently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care using an integrative and functional medicine approach
– Assume management of a pediatric patient panel
– Develop individualized treatment plans addressing root causes of illness
– Support and respect family-centered care and shared decision-making
– Educate families on nutrition, lifestyle, and preventative health strategies
– Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
– Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida
– Pediatric experience required (PNP or FNP with strong pediatric background)
– Training or experience in functional/integrative medicine preferred
– Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships
– Alignment with a family-centered, collaborative care philosophy
