Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Therapist at our Reno, NV location. The Lead Therapist will oversee and provide therapeutic services for clients, develop treatment plans, and conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Minimum of 20 scheduled patient appointments per week. The role involves supervising other therapists, ensuring compliance with best practices, and collaborating with clinical teams to effectively support client needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, staying updated on industry trends, and supporting the professional development of team members.
Pay: $78,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
Sign on Bonus: $2000
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Individual, Group, and Family Therapy techniques
- Strong Case Management skills, including the ability to assess client needs and coordinate treatment plans
- Experience with Site Supervision and leadership within a therapeutic setting
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams
- Familiarity with mental health best practices, ethical considerations, and crisis intervention strategies
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensure in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a therapeutic or counseling role
- Commitment to community-centered care and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness
