Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
PM Shift:
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Weekend Shifts
Friday, 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
At Changing Lives LLC, our mission is to provide high-quality services for families and individuals with special needs throughout Arizona. We focus on enhancing skills and abilities through Habilitation services, supporting individuals in achieving their long-term goals within the home, day program, or work environment. Our priority is to provide the necessary tools that help members become productive, contributing citizens.
We are seeking experienced caregivers who can prepare healthy meals, maintain a clean and safe group home environment, provide transportation to and from appointments, participate in member activities, and support members in working toward individualized goals that promote independence.
We serve individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities who receive services through DDD in a group home setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- GED or High School Diploma
Preferred but Not Required:
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Certification
- Prevention and Support Certification
- Adult/Child/Infant CPR and First Aid
- Positive Behavior Support training
