What are the responsibilities and job description for the DDD Group Home, House Manger position at Changing Lives LLC?
Pay Rate $18-$20 per hour*** Must have a minimum of 1yr of experience
Open Shifts:
· Weekday Shift
-Monday-Thursday 2pm-11pm Subject to change
**Bonuses & Incentives**
- Refer a friend and earn $300 bonus after completion of 90-day period. *Must have no corrective action and good attendance during the first 90-day probation period.
At Changing Lives LLC our mission is to provide services in Arizona for families and individuals with special needs by focusing on enhancing both their skills and abilities. With an emphasis on Habilitation, our priority is to assist individuals in meeting future goals with in the home, day program or work environment by providing the necessary tools in becoming a productive and contributing citizens.
We are looking for experienced & compassionate caregivers who are willing to cook healthy meals, keep our group homes clean and safe, Drive to and from appointments and participate in activities with individuals as well as ensuring we are setting and meeting goals for members to develop their independence.
We work with individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities and who receive services from DDD. This is a group home setting.
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of GED or High School Diploma.
Additional items required and/or willing to obtain:
-Must be able to obtain a level 1 Fingerprint clearance card.
-Article 9 Certification
- Prevention and Support Certification
-Adult/child/infant CPR and First Aid
-Positive Behavior Support
