Shipping & Receiving ClerkLocation: Fontana, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PMCompensation: $19.50 per hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our outbound warehouse operations. This position is responsible for label control, yard coordination, and administrative tasks essential to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow throughout the shipping and picking processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, computer literate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLabel ControlPrepare, distribute, and reprint carton/pallet labels daily.Maintain consistent label flow to support safe, accurate, and productive picking.Track and document all labels issued.Yard CoordinationUse Y/WMS systems to communicate outbound pulls and plugs to yard drivers.Assist in ensuring trailers are chocked and green-lighted before movement or loading.Administrative DutiesPerform data entry for outbound shipments.Issue seals and verify documentation such as seal numbers, trailer numbers, and store numbers for BOLs.Schedule LTL carrier pickups (site-specific).Print work assignments for replenishment drivers.File outbound paperwork neatly and accurately.Assist supervisors with compiling and tracking downtime sheets.Communicate professionally with management, team members, customers, and visitors.Multitask and work with urgency to meet deadlines.Safety, Sanitation & SecurityMaintain a clean and organized work area.Follow OSHA, MSDS, and company safety standards.Secure sensitive documents, seals, tools, and equipment when not in use.Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors.Other DutiesSafely operate RF scanners, computers, printers, and powered equipment.Follow company policies, guidelines, and ISO procedures.Work in varying warehouse temperatures (heat, cold, dust, etc.).Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting over 25 lbs., walking, bending, climbing, and reaching.Assist in other operational areas as needed.Work overtime as required.
