The goal is a repeatable recruiting engine that fills priority roles quickly and supports 90-day retention. Filling key staff-capacity volunteer roles directly expands service capacity, stabilizes programs, and improves continuity for youth and families we serve (e.g., Walk In My Shoes 5K & Community Resources Fair, Thanksgiving Drive, case management navigation, workshops). Priority Roles to Fill (example set—final list confirmed in Week 1) Volunteer Chief Operating Officer (Hybrid, ~20 hrs/month): Ops cadence, SOPs, light HR/finance coordination. Volunteer Program Coordinator (8–12 hrs/week): Scheduling, vendor/partner coordination, data tracking.
