Hiring 100 Petition Circulators — $20/hr (High Performers Earn More)
We’re scaling fast and hiring 100 people immediately to join our field team collecting signatures for statewide ballot initiatives.
If you’re energetic, outgoing, and can talk to hundreds of people a day — this is for you.
Role: Petition Circulator
Location: Bay Area (various high-traffic locations)
Pay: $20/hour performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Talk to 100s of people per shift
- Collect valid signatures from registered voters
- Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in the field
Performance Expectations
- Minimum: 80 signatures/day
- Strong performers: 10 signatures/hour
- Top performers: 25 signatures/hour
Bonuses & Upside
- Paid breaks if you average 10 signatures/hour
- Top daily performer earns $30/hour for that shift
- Packet bonuses:
- 95 signatures (75% valid) → $25
- 2 packets → $60
Requirements
- Comfortable approaching and speaking to large numbers of people daily
- Able to hit ~10 signatures/hour consistently
- Detail-oriented (accuracy matters — invalid signatures don’t count)
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
