Small team, steady patients, many of whom have been coming here for years. Twelve years in the neighborhood and close to five hundred Google reviews.

This role is for someone dependable who wants a job they can settle into. If you are the person who shows up on time, does the job right and does not need chasing, we want to talk to you. Everything else can be taught.

WHAT THE JOB IS

You are the first person a patient sees. You check them in, run a few quick tests on our machines before they see the doctor, then help them pick out their glasses.

You also check what their insurance covers, answer the phone, book appointments and keep their file accurate.

No experience with glasses needed. We train you on all of it.

WHAT WE OFFER

A set schedule. Your days are your days. We do not shuffle them week to week, and you are home for dinner.

Real training. Written guides, daily practice with the team, and someone beside you until you have it. You will not be put in front of a customer on day one and left to figure it out.

Clear expectations. Everything we ask of you is written down. There is no guessing what a good day looks like here.

Pay on top of your hourly. You earn commission on what you sell, plus bonuses for specific things like a second pair, a pair of sunglasses, or getting someone into better lenses. It is all written out and we will show you the sheet at the interview. Our top seller earned an extra $1,056 in March on top of her hourly. She has been here eight years and that took time to build, but the structure is open to everybody from the first month.

WHAT WE NEED

English and Spanish. Required.

You have worked with customers somewhere. Retail, restaurant, phone store, anything face to face.

You are on time. This matters more than anything else on this list.

You are comfortable with a computer and willing to learn our systems.

You are patient with people. A lot of our patients are older and take their time.
