Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in San Diego, CA. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assessing and approving loan applications, underwriting, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the mortgage lending process. Daily tasks will include evaluating borrowers' financial information, determining loan eligibility, and maintaining knowledge of mortgage products and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Loan Officer, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
- Knowledge and skills in Underwriting
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Temecula, CA
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
- Proficient in relevant mortgage software and tools
