The Purpose of this role is to provide a wide range of opportunities to service users affected by Substance use.

 

Where: Peterborough

Hours: 37.5 per week 

Contract Type: Permanent 

  

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. 

Responsibilities

About the role:

 

• Develop and deliver specific interventions designed to reduce the harm caused by drug and alcohol use

• Developing pathways and joint working initiatives with partner agencies

• Increasing the number of individuals accessing treatment

• Increasing the number of individuals successfully completing treatment

• Supporting the Recovery Hub and case manage clients who are in recovery.

 

About you:

 

• The post holder will have prior knowledge and experience of providing interventions for service users affected by drug and alcohol use

• Knowledge of safeguarding issues and vulnerable adult procedures.

• Experience of engaging with a wide variety of individuals

• Knowledge of local services including mutual aid networks and partner agencies.

• To be able to critically reflect and evaluate interventions and service delivery, identifying areas for development.

• Experience of contributing to project development.

CGL points 23 to 28 (£28,557.79 - £32,802.41)
