Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests promptly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards.
- Assist with cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in food handling, food preparation, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety standards are met.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Prior host/hostess experience or serving background is highly desirable for this role.
