- Assessments
- Treatment Development
- Mentoring & Training of RBTs & BCBA Supervisees
- Client, Parents, Caretakers Interface
- Case Management
Qualifications You'll Bring:
- Master’s Degree (or higher) in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum of two (2) years supervising ABA intervention services and at least three (3) years of direct ABA experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation for travel assignments.
