Position Summary
Join Chang & Associates Behavior Consulting (CABC), a thriving, family-centered ABA community redefining what compassionate, science-based care looks like.
Guided by our Clinical Director, you’ll supervise a small, high-quality caseload (typically 25-30 billable hours per week) and lead a passionate RBT team, via a 2-tier and 3-tier approach, delivering life-changing ABA services in both the client’s natural environment and the clinic. Beyond oversight, you’ll contribute to program innovation and shape the next generation of family-centered behavioral health services.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small RBT team through weekly supervision and collaborative problem-solving.
- Deliver occasional direct services to maintain a strong clinical connection and model best practices.
- Review, adjust, and individualize treatment plans with autonomy and support from leadership.
- Ensure high-quality assessments, authorizations, and documentation that reflect best clinical and ethical standards.
- Contribute ideas and systems to advance program quality, innovation, and family empowerment.
What You Bring
- Passion for empowering families and mentoring clinicians.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Active BCBA certification with at least one (1) year of post-certification experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience and two (2) years in a supervisory role (clinical experience may include RBT work).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $108,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.
- Annual performance review with structured salary progression.
