Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their fragrance selections.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the unique qualities of Chanel fragrances.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display that aligns with brand standards.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with stocking inventory and ensuring products are readily available for customers.
- Engage in social media management to promote products and enhance brand visibility online.
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client interactions effectively.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
- Apply basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess a background in retail sales, particularly within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
