Chandlers Landing HOA is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Community Manager to oversee daily operations of our waterfront residential community. This role manages the onsite office and maintenance staff, supports the Board of Directors, and serves as a point of contact for homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HOA operations and oversee maintenance staff
- Support Board of Directors (meeting prep, agendas, packets, minutes, reports)
- Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct community inspections: issue and track covenant violations
- Coordinate maintenance work orders, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with budgets, financial reports, and contract management
- Assist with community records, communications, and annual meeting process
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HOA management, property management, or related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detailed-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Experience with project plans
- Knowledge of Texas HOA laws (Chapter 209) is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
