Law Firm Practice Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Practice Coordinator to support daily operations, ensure smooth office workflow, and enhance the overall client experience. ⸻ Position Summary The firm’s Practice Coordinator will provide essential administrative and clerical support the firm’s leadership team. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient office operations, managing communication, and supporting the overall success of the firm. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative & Clerical Support • Greet clients and visitors professionally and create a welcoming environment. • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. • Organize digital and physical files in accordance with firm procedures. • Scan, copy, and share correspondence • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendor coordination. 2. Case Support & File Management • Upload documents to the case management system. • Prepare simple forms, letters, and requests for records under supervision. 3. Office Operations • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed. • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for maintenance or equipment needs. • Keep the office clean, organized, and functioning efficiently. • Support firm events, staff meetings, and training sessions. 4.
