Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Edmond, OK. The Insurance Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions that address their needs, and meeting sales objectives. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, assessing insurance needs, handling policy questions, and promoting a wide range of insurance products and services to help clients protect what matters most.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge
- Experience with Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance products
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and relationship building
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- State insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them (Property and Casualty, Life and Health)
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in insurance or sales-related roles is a plus
