Job Overview

Chandler Tactical Firearms is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are a full-service firearms retailer offering firearms sales, gunsmithing, custom builds, Cerakote services, and firearm accessories. Responsibilities

• Greet customers provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable recommendations and conducting engaging product demos
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items to increase sales
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and inviting
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Experience

• Previous sales experience (firearms industry experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of firearms, optics, and related accessories
• Familiarity with firearm transfer procedures preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must be legally eligible to work in a firearms retail business
