The Pre & Post Op Surgery department at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. Responsibilities:

• Develops the plan of care, including the discharge process
• Coordinates all aspects of patient preparation before the day of surgery
• Provides thorough pre-operative pain management education for patient/family education
• Provides appropriate patient/family education based on learning needs

Minimum:

Experience:

Three (3) years experience in OR, Ambulatory Surgery or Pre-Admission

Education:

ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent

Licensure:

Current AZ RN
