Chandler Post Acute is a 3 unit Skilled Nursing facility located in Chandler, Arizona! We have a consistent leadership Team, hold each other accountable and are always seeking ways to support one another!
Schedule: 8 Hours Shifts
Job Duties include:
- Provided skilled PT services in the SNF/LTC setting
- Work well among interdisciplinary team.
- Experience and passion with LTC population is preferred.
- Flexible - Willing to adapt to accommodate your colleagues and residents.
- Attitude to make sure resident comes first and we treat every resident with care!
*Pay is competitive and based on experience!
