Chandler Nursing Center, a nursing home in Chandler, Texas is seeking RN/LVN's 2-10 to join our team!

Shifts:
- 2-10 M-F
- PRN
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including infant care and support for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization.
- Assist with case management tasks to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform venipuncture and other necessary procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Requirements
- Current LVN license.
- Nursing home experience
