What You’ll Do:
- Convert phone and walk-in leads into happy residents
- Deliver superior customer service that turns leases into long-term renewals
- Conduct apartment tours that inspire excitement and trust
- Maintain organized lease files and support administrative functions
- Update leasing data and market surveys weekly
- Take pride in presenting model units and common areas with polish and attention to detail
- Support marketing efforts including outreach and social media updates
- Respond to resident needs with empathy, speed, and accuracy

- Prior experience in multi-family leasing or a passion for sales and service

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability for a flexible work schedule including evenings and Saturdays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of OneSite is a plus
