The Student Services Analyst serves as the senior lead for the Recruitment team, providing leadership and coordination within a comprehensive wraparound support model for both prospective and current students. This position oversees the implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including system operations, user training, data management, and reporting to support strategic enrollment initiatives. In addition to CRM oversight, the Student Services Analyst provides guidance and supervision to part-time recruitment staff while actively participating in recruitment efforts through outreach at local high schools, community events, and partner organizations. The role collaborates closely with Admissions, Academic Advisement, Financial Aid, Early College, and other Enrollment Services departments to ensure a seamless and student-centered experience. Success in this position requires the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with administrators, faculty, staff, students, community partners, external organizations, and members of the public while fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

30% - Serve as the lead in coordinating, administering and implementing the Salesforce CRM system by providing on-going user training, program management, evaluation, technical assistance, problem resolution and reporting. This position will be charged with setting a strategic framework for the recruitment process and analyzing data from Salesforce and SIS to enhance the student enrollment journey.

30% - Coordinate and evaluate effectiveness of on and off campus recruitment events and high school visits to track student conversions and make recommendations for program improvements and future outreach opportunities.

25% -Serves as the lead for recruitment and monitors schedules and hours of Part-Time Student Ambassadors.

15% - Provides wraparound enrollment services support for Admissions, Academic Advisement, Financial Aid, and Early College both in-person and virtually. Communicates with students and parents in person; email; virtually; and telephone for both outreach and enrollment services.

Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.

1. Master’s degree or higher

2. Demonstrated experience with formatting spreadsheets and data extraction and analysis

3. Experience with Salesforce CRM System (2 years)

4. Experience in training new staff and providing training support to support implementation needs

5. Experience supporting new student orientation at a college or university

6. Demonstrated experience speaking and presenting to large groups in a public setting

7. Direct experience recruiting students or customers in a educational or business setting

8. One year of relevant full-time MCCCD experience during the previous two years.

Will be required to work some evenings and weekends (M-F 8-5 varies during peak times) Summer Schedule: M-Thur 7:00am – 6:00pm

Travel to off-site locations will be required

Possession of a valid State Arizona Class D Driver's License.

May be assigned to Pecos or Williams Campus.
