This is a technical B2B sales position serving customers in the liquid transportation, vacuum truck, septic, hydro excavation, environmental services, trucking, construction, agricultural, and oil & gas industries.
Our Sales Account Managers work with customers who purchase vacuum pumps, blowers, valves, tank components, truck accessories, replacement parts, and related equipment. This role requires the ability to learn technical products, understand customer applications, and confidently discuss equipment specifications and solutions.
Candidates with experience in industrial equipment sales, truck equipment sales, heavy equipment, transportation, manufacturing, agricultural equipment, automotive parts, fluid handling systems, or similar technical product environments are strongly preferred.
This position is not focused on retail sales or consumer products. Successful candidates are comfortable building long-term customer relationships while learning and selling highly specialized products and equipment.

Position Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions to meet their needs.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.
What You’ll Do
· Manage and grow existing customer accounts
· Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts
· Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
· Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
· Provide product recommendations and technical guidance
· Coordinate with customer service, production, and operations teams
· Track orders, pricing, and customer activity
· Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
· Travel as needed to visit customers and attend industry events
What We’re Looking For
· 2 years of sales or account management experience
(manufacturing, industrial, or equipment sales preferred)
· Bilingual
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
· Mechanical aptitude or ability to learn technical products is a plus
· Willingness to travel as needed
