Position Title: Valet Key Attendant

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is seeking qualified, reliable, and customer-focused Valet Key Attendants to support valet parking operations at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This position offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth valet operations, secure handling of vehicle keys, and an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced airport environment.

The Valet Key Attendant is responsible for managing valet dispatch operations, securing patron keys, and coordinating the vehicle retrieval process within designated valet areas. This role also assists with curb management, lane control, traffic flow, and other operational duties as assigned. The successful candidate will accurately process valet arrival transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures while contributing to customer satisfaction and overall operational success.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers professionally, promoting positive customer relations, issuing valet tickets, explaining the retrieval process, and maintaining secure control of all vehicle keys. Valet Key Attendants are expected to keep work areas clean and organized, assist with directing traffic to ensure safe and efficient vehicle flow, and support guests with luggage as needed. Additional duties include opening and closing vehicle doors for customers, turning off vehicles and removing keys, addressing customer concerns, and working independently or collaboratively with team members.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer service focus. This role requires basic math and computer skills, general safety awareness, and effective communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience are preferred, though prior parking or hospitality experience is not required.

This position requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and running for extended periods, frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting, and the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a TSA-issued airport badge, which includes meeting all background check and security requirements.
