What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard position at Chandi Hospitality Group?
Position Summary:
The Guest Service Security Ambassador all things good. Supports the team with Safety compliance throughout the restaurant and patio floor. The incumbent will be required to monitor the front door and all entrances to the restaurant. Assuring proper PPE utilization and will ask guests to comply with property safety standards as well as compliance with Alcoholic Beverage Control rules are followed.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Beer Baron Bar & Kitchen company-wide culture and always demonstrating our service standards.
2. Continuously walk the floor looking for guests who are not following face mask requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with social distancing restrictions.
4. Monitor cleanliness in all areas and assist in cleaning as needed.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Friendly outgoing personality.
3. Excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
2. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
3. Able to lift to 40 pounds with or without assistance.
4. Able to stand and move about for long periods of time.
5. Written and verbal knowledge of the English language.
