You should have:
- At least one year of caregiving experience or willingness to complete training
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
- Willingness to commute within a 525 minute range
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach
- Comfort working independently in a clients home
