What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Education Specialist position at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education?
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study.
- Meet all Indiana state teaching license and/or certification requirements.
- Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining an Indiana state special education license.
- Prior experience working with curriculum development, differentiation, and instruction, preferably in an adult education or life skills classroom setting.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with severe learning, emotional behavioral disorders, and/or other related disabilities.
