What You’ll Do
- Prepare carousel figures and themed fiberglass components for paint
- Fill seams, pinholes, and imperfections to achieve a flawless finish
- Sand surfaces using orbital sanders and hand-finishing techniques
- Inspect work with precision to ensure top-tier visual quality
- Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines—and create magic together
- Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Artistic eye with strong attention to detail
- Experience with fiberglass bodywork, sanding, and paint prep (preferred)
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude
- Able to pass a physical, background check, and drug screen
