Barback & Operational Support
Stocking: Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, liquor, beer, garnishes, and supplies throughout the shift.
Keg & Liquor Management: Safely change out heavy draft beer kegs, and fetch backup liquor from the storage room.
Glassware: Continually bus the bar top and floor, wash glassware, and return clean glasses to the bartenders.
Maintenance: Promptly clean up spills, empty trash receptacles, and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment behind the bar and on the floor.
Closing Duties: Assist the bartending team with deep cleaning, restocking for the next day, and securing the venue at the end of the night.
