What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Subcontractor position at Champs Home Service?
Champs Home Service is looking for a dependable window cleaning subcontractor in the Bend, Oregon area.
We have an existing client base — residential and commercial. You would be expected to show up on time, do the work, and provide great service to our customers. No scheduling, invoicing, or sales required.
What the work looks like:
- Exterior and interior window cleaning for residential and commercial clients in Bend and surrounding areas
- Completing jobs from an existing client base on a schedule you manage
- Working independently with no micromanagement
What you need:
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites in the Bend area
- Your own window cleaning equipment (squeegees, T-bars, ladders, solution) or willingness to invest
- General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfort working on ladders up to 2-3 stories
- A professional, friendly attitude with customers
- Ability to work independently without supervision

About the role:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not employment. You set your own methods, use your own tools, and are free to work with other clients. Compensation is per job.
