Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC/CASAC-T) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, counseling, and support services to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct substance abuse assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- CASAC or CASAC-T certification required
- Experience working in a behavioral health or substance abuse treatment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
