What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Assistant position at Champlain Gynecology?
We are a fast-paced medical office seeking an employee with a passion for women's health. This position will require the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment. Attention to detail is crucial. Key responsibilities for this position, include checking-in patients, managing incoming phone calls, preparing patient charts, and general front office tasks.
In addition, we are looking for an employee who is interested in cross-training as a medical assistant, with the potential to pick up shifts in direct patient care. Key responsibilities include, taking patient vitals, phlebotomy, and lab processing.
Candidates who bring prior experience in medical office settings are highly encouraged to apply. This role does not require weekend availability or overnight shifts.
