Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Support and execute sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories using Total Delivered Cost (TDC) methodologies
- Partner with Category and Country Leads to develop and execute RFIs/RFPs, analyze supplier proposals, and provide recommendations
- Assist in supplier negotiations and category strategy development
- Identify and qualify alternative suppliers in collaboration with supply chain, quality, and RDE teams
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive sourcing success
- Manage vendor onboarding and supplier setup processes
- Maintain Outline Agreements, including pricing updates and quota management
- Execute daily procurement activities such as material expedites, invoice reconciliation, and supplier communications
- Support procurement for new product introductions and integration activities
- Ensure efficient execution of the Source-to-Pay process
- Track and manage savings initiatives, including pipeline development and validation
- Utilize tools such as Power BI or similar platforms to support reporting and decision-making
- Develop understanding of procurement systems and their integration with business functions
- Investigate and resolve supply disruptions, constraints, and quality issues
- Communicate risks and mitigation plans to internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, KPIs, and regulatory requirements
- Support risk identification and management within procurement processes
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Support or lead cross-functional procurement and supply chain projects
- Drive process and system improvements to enhance efficiency
- Participate in global standardization initiatives
- Location: Sugar Land, TX
- Work Environment: Primarily office-based with cross-functional collaboration
- Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives (based on experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain planning (materials/chemicals preferred)

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong initiative
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrix organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with procurement systems and tools (SAP, Power BI, etc.)
- Exposure to category management and supplier negotiations
- Experience in global procurement environments
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Participation in strategic and cross-functional projects
- Clear career progression path within procurement and supply chain leadership
