Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Examiner based in Austin, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing title documents, identifying and resolving title defects, and preparing title commitments and reports. This role also includes communicating with clients, underwriters, and other parties to ensure compliance with title standards and to resolve potential issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Title Examination and abstracting title documents
- Experience with legal document review and analysis
- Familiarity with title insurance processes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in title examination
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Previous experience in the title insurance industry is preferred
