Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $14.00–$15.50/hour, based on education and experience
- Schedule: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Consistent afternoon hours – no early mornings!

What You'll Do
- Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Engage with children through play, hands-on activities, and educational experiences.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and transitions.
- Encourage positive behaviors, social skills, and independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Support children from infants through school age, depending on classroom needs.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or classroom experience preferred.
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to actively supervise children and support classroom routines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in training.
Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children is a plus!
