Site Director at Champions New Sites
Champions is bringing our accredited programs near you! We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Site Directors with strong leadership skills who can elevate our before-and-after school programs to the next level!
Our programs will be on site of Trotwood - Madison City School District in Trotwood, OH. Projected program openings in August 2024 with Site Directors training and onboarding starting immediately.
When you join our team as a Site Director:
- Lead, Supervise, and Inspire teachers to build unique and engaging classroom experiences
- Plan daily program schedule and activities based on the curriculum provided
- Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our camps by hosting hiring and enrollment events
- Maintain high level of health and safety for all staff and families
- Build positive relationships with families, teachers, school community partners
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
- A love for children and a strong desire to create engaging and fun environments
- Meet state specific requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Director, Group Lead, Site Supervisor, and Site Leader, Youth Leader, Camp Counselor, After School Teacher, Extended Day Counselor, or similar highly preferred
