Position Responsibilities- Assist customers with golf simulator setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Check customers in and manage reservations
- Help golfers navigate simulator technology and answer questions about courses and gameplay
- Assist with golf leagues, tournaments, and special events
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
- Help with daily facility operations as needed
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong knowledge of golf is required
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Previous experience at a golf course, country club, pro shop, or indoor golf facility is preferred
- Must be available for both daytime and nighttime shifts
- Evening and weekend availability is especially important
- Champions is open from October - April
