What You’ll Love About This Role:
- Just one evening per week (between 6–9 PM) for classes
- A few fun-filled weekends each year for travel, events, and competitions
- The chance to inspire and mentor youth ages 3–18
- Paid training to set you up for success—no guesswork, we’ve got you!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead exciting, structured cheer classes
- Create fun and engaging competition routines
- Teach safe techniques and build athlete confidence
- Support each athlete’s growth—celebrating strengths and improving skills
- Keep things organized with simple record-keeping
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Energetic, positive, and reliable
- Great with kids (teaching experience is a plus!)
- A strong communicator with a team-first mindset
- Ready to commit to a full season and grow with us
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for occasional meetings, clinics, and competitions

Training takes place in person at a local class
Must be available 5:30 PM – 8:45 PM
