Inside Sales/Business Development Representative is responsible for driving broker engagement and loan submission activity at Champions Funding through proactive outbound communication. This role focuses on converting provided leads into approved broker partners by promoting our flagship Non-QM loan product, Ally, and routing brokers to educational webinars. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding Champions Funding’s broker network and increasing funded loan volume, all while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. No prior mortgage or real estate experience is required — full training is provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- $42,000 Base salary plus commission (NOT a draw).
- Uncapped commissions per funded loan.
- Bonuses for successful lead conversions.
- First-year earning potential of $100,000–$150,000 .

Requirements
- 1 year of high-volume outbound phone sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly.
- No mortgage or real estate experience required — we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 200 outbound dials per day to effectively engage prospective and existing mortgage broker partners and drive business opportunities — leads are provided.
- Present the value proposition of Champions Funding and guide brokers through the approval process.
- Promote attendance to Champions Funding’s educational webinars to drive engagement and loan submissions.
- Convert warm leads into approved, submitting broker partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and submission process for brokers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Champions Funding’s Non-QM product offerings, including Ally.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and conversion goals.
- Participate in coaching and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Accurately track activity and results using internal CRM and reporting tools.
- Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term broker relationships.

Role Description The Inside Sales/Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to mortgage brokers and other partners, and nurturing relationships to drive new business opportunities. Daily activities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, presenting product offerings, and guiding broker partners through the approval process. The representative will collaborate closely with underwriting and support teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and a positive experience for prospective and existing partners. This position also includes maintaining CRM records, tracking pipeline activity, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and marketing initiatives.
