Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Growth and Partnerships Manager to join our team on-site in Chicago, IL. This role involves identifying and cultivating new partnerships, maintaining relationships with existing stakeholders, and driving the organization’s growth strategies. Responsibilities include exploring funding opportunities, organizing fundraising events, managing communications with partners, and analyzing data for continuous improvement. As a key contributor to the mission of Champions for Cures, you will work collaboratively to maximize awareness and support for cancer-fighting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Business development and partnership-building skills, including the ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships
- Fundraising, grant writing, and event planning expertise
- Strong marketing, branding, and communication strategy skills
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment
- Passion for philanthropic work, particularly in healthcare or cancer-related initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
