Job Overview
Champions Fitness Club is seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Club Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, deliver an exceptional member experience, and drive membership growth and business success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of employees.
- Lead and support the management team.
- Manage and optimize vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue.
- Manage marketing efforts, social media, and promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns.
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn TwinOaks software, Airtable, and QuickBooks.
