Champions is a well-established, fast-growing Christian church seeking a Children Ministry Coordinator to plan, organize, and oversee the programs and events of the Children's Ministry.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field
- 3 years of progressive ministry experience
- Outgoing, high-energy and loves children
- Possesses thorough knowledge of the Bible
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership. Develop and implement weekly Sunday school lessons, children’s church, seasonal events and summer camps.
- Volunteer Management. Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers and teachers.
- Safety & Compliance. Maintain and enforce child safety policies, including check-in/check-out procedures and background checks.
- Family Communication. Build relationships with parents and keep them informed through newsletters, social media, and bulletins.
- Administration. Manage the children's ministry budget, order supplies, and maintain attendance records.
- Spiritual Growth. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes the spiritual formation of children.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
