Your Role
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
- Guide families as active partners in care
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
- BCBA certification (Licensed where applicable)
- Experience with children or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and caregiver coaching skills
- Passion for evidence-based ABA therapy
