Responsibilities
- Design, supervise, and oversee ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide parent and caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Stay current on best practices and emerging research in Applied Behavior Analysis.
QualificationsRequired
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active Connecticut licensure (if applicable).
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred
- Minimum of one year of BCBA experience.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and ABA practice management software.
