Behavior Technician

Schedule Available : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30p-8p

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Background in childcare, education, healthcare, or mental health is preferred, but we train the right candidates
• Dependability: Consistency is key to a child’s progress
• Integrity: Work independently in a child’s home while upholding ethical standards
• Patience & Positivity: A compassionate and upbeat attitude is essential
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage professionally with families and team members

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach new skills
• Collect and track behavioral progress data
• Implement customized behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Engage children in interactive play, structured learning activities, and daily routines to promote skill development

Requirements:

• Ability to work actively with children in a hands-on learning environment
• Comfort with technology for data collection and documentation
• Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass background check
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
