Choose your hours and schedule!
Multiple part-time schedules available:
Tuesday through Friday 5pm-8pm and an optional Sunday 12pm-8pm
or
Monday through Thursday 3pm - 5pm

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Background in childcare, education, healthcare, or mental health is preferred, but we train the right candidates
- Dependability: Consistency is key to a child’s progress
- Integrity: Work independently in a child’s home while upholding ethical standards
- Patience & Positivity: A compassionate and upbeat attitude is essential
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage professionally with families and team members
What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach new skills
- Collect and track behavioral progress data
- Implement customized behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Engage children in interactive play, structured learning activities, and daily routines to promote skill development
Requirements:
- Ability to work actively with children in a hands-on learning environment
- Comfort with technology for data collection and documentation
- Willingness to receive feedback and grow professionally
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
